The live class
Can beginners attend?
Yes. The live class is designed for beginners aged 21+ and requires no previous Face Yoga experience.
What do I need for the session?
Bring a facial oil or moisturiser, a water bottle, clean hands and a freshly washed face. Avoid coconut or olive oil for the session.
What if I cannot attend live?
A recording is shared with registered participants and remains available for 24 hours.
How long is the session?
The live masterclass is approximately two hours and includes teaching, a guided workout, programme information and Q&A.
The practice
Can men do Face Yoga?
Yes. The movements work with facial muscles, skin and tension patterns relevant to everyone.
Which concerns can the practice support?
The workshop discusses dullness, puffiness, pigmentation, acne marks, dark circles, lines, facial tension, sagging and jawline definition.
How soon will I see results?
Every face responds differently. Consistency, age, skin condition, lifestyle and technique all influence outcomes. The presentation's case studies range from early visible changes to longer-term practice.
Is Face Yoga a medical treatment?
No. Face Yoga is a self-care and exercise practice, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional if you have a medical, skin or post-procedure concern.
Programmes
Is the ₹299 class the full course?
No. It is a live trial masterclass that lets you experience Savitu's teaching before choosing a longer beginner or advanced programme.
What does the beginner programme include?
The supplied programme outlines 12 live 45-minute sessions over one month, covering facial massage, 25 foundational exercises, breathing, acupressure, skincare, diet and full-face routines.
Are there multiple batch timings?
Yes. Programme presentations show morning, midday and evening options on weekdays, with selected Sunday batches. Current cohort timings are confirmed by the team.
Can I join from outside India?
Yes. Sessions are online, and multiple timings are designed to support participants in different locations.
Payment & access
What happens after I pay?
After online payment, you are redirected to a confirmation page with next steps. Check your email for payment confirmation and the registered WhatsApp group link.
What if I cannot join the WhatsApp group?
The team notes that manual addition may take 24–48 hours. Keep your payment confirmation and contact the support number if you still need help.
How are manual bank or UPI payments handled?
The programme presentation asks participants to allow up to three working days for manual payment confirmation and group access.
